What happens if we fail to manage a crisis? Many Communication Scholars around the world believe that crisis can happens to any organisations or corporate companies and the question is how they managing a crisis. Should they just avoid or just ignore? I don't think so. If we fail to manage a crisis, the impact is on corporate identity, image and reputation. Anything is related. From time to time, I will discuss this topic closely in fact this is my topic for my future research/journey. Something that I believe that if we managing crisis wisely, its can be very good publicity to corporate company but if we fail to turn over the crisis, its can be a disaster and its going to ruin organisation reputation. Reputation need years to build but a minute to ruin.
Does crisis also occur in government department?
ReplyDeleteYes. Crisis can happens not only for corporate companies but also government department. Managing crisis wisely is needed in any government department because its related to the reputation of the government.
